Sofia's mother is a very good example of how abuse such as this is propagated unfortunately. Also you might consider editing the final panel so that it is clear that it is Sofia talking instead of her mother since it looks like the text bubble is pointing towards her mouth instead of off panel (unless I am wrong and she is actually saying that in which case please forgive me).
