We stated that we wanted to hold off on the priority request list to get started on the female Corrin's portraits. This is because she's the main character and it felt less complete knowing she was not done. We’ve worked on the majority of her "tall" variations already, but will still need to do some touch ups before release. We will also tackle her "small" variations at a later date.
We hope you've enjoyed what we have been doing with the current trainers, and we would like to make an announcement. The next update should take care of the rest of the trainers, and moving forward to the sprites then pokes.
This is a big milestone, and we will try to include as many fixes to the trainers, as we are aware that some of their body anatomies are incorrect and need work. Here's a sample of a character we fixed, improved and made some modifications.
We are approaching another big milestone and we believe that the next update should also take care of all the portraits. From here on out, we will be finishing overworld sprites, then touching up some of the early portraits and all their alignments. An example of early portraits would be Erika and Vanessa, which will be getting an enhanced make over. We still haven't come up with the conclusion on how we are approaching the battle animations yet. When we have ideas, we'll try to dabble a bit in it and see what we can experiment with. This will hopefully give us a better generalized idea of what we want to do.
Closing Statement
With so many games reaching new milestones, these games are starting to feel quite complete. We haven't seen any other rom hack's alike, so keep expecting new surprises in the future.
