Making of: "That Blacksmith"

Heavy project. it's been a while since i did one like this.

Took me 3 days to complete. I had no idea what to do at first, but the idea came out of nowhere eventually. I wanted to make bat pones (what a surprise), so, Zwei! Our OC from our little FoE universe having fun with a fellow bat.

Doing the background and color shading was the scariest part because i kept feeling i was gonna screw it up. Things went pretty smooth, however. "What's that thing in the back?" Shhh, spoilers. Sorta

Other spoilers: Zweihander is a blacksmith in our FoE Story. Comes from a culture/tribe called Stygians, known for being warriors, protectors and, in this case, creators of the traditional weapons and armor used by the bat pony race.
