朝丘 瑠奈(あさおか るな)
成績優秀、その容姿も相まって学校中の憧れの的。
学校に知り合いは多いが、幼いころにいじめにあっており、心を打ち明けられる友達はほとんどいない。
万引きを疑われた瑠奈を庇ったことをきっかけに「あなた」と頻繁に連絡を取り合う仲になる。
「あなた」を慕ってはいるが、素直になれずどうしても反抗的な態度をとってしまう。
明莉(あかり)
瑠奈のクラスメイト。成績は中の下。明るい性格で人当たりがよい。
クラスでひとり浮いている瑠奈のことを気にかけており、いつもちょっかいをかけている。
ひょんなことから瑠奈が年の離れた「あなた」と連絡を取り合っていることを知り、訝しく思っている。
朝丘 今日子(あさおか きょうこ)
瑠奈の母。温和な性格で誰からも好かれている。
夫が毎晩帰るのが遅く、娘のことを話しても相手にしてくれず、困っている。
瑠奈を偶然救ってくれたあなたが10年以上連絡が取れなかった弟と知り、久々の再会を喜んでいる。
あなた (主人公)
大学中退後、ITコンサルタントとして4年間働いていたが激務により体を壊し退職。
現在はフリーランスとしてエンジニアをしている。
独身で特に趣味は無く、彼女もいない。
