I was one of the MHA fans waiting for the new episode, but I had work and stuff so when I came home and found there was no episode I was more worried than upset. I thought something had happened to them XD then I remembered they were on a trip and let it be until later It didnt really bother me, I mean it will come out when it comes out. Do people really threaten they will cancel their pledge? I mean ... this patreon is the best patreon for reaction channels hands down, they do double drops and you can watch 4-5 in advance, I mean, chill the f out, they dont even have to do double drops, having issues is a part of it, it happens.

You know what's the funniest part? With double drops, which are not promoted as a tier feature, you guys are literal weeks ahead of where you should be on every show... so the idea that anyone would bitch about a few hours blows my mind. Then you'll do another double drop out of the goodness of your hearts, and half the comments next week will be "oh we gotta get a double drop next week"... like, 0 appreciation. I'm sorry I've posted like 3 times... I just feel bad that people do you guys so dirty.

You should look into automating some of your processes! That should help a lot with delivering a constant and reliable stream of videos at set timestamps for each show. For example, if you already have a backlog going then you could just automate the uploading of the video to youtube / the Patreon post for said video at a specific time. That way all your patreons know that for example at exactly 4pm the new episodes get posted. Inconsistency is one of the biggest reasons for subscriptions to get cancelled in general. I won't be cancelling my subscription anytime soon, but with the growth you are experiencing as a channel it's important to create a solid proces now rather than later :)

It's kinda funny that even when yall admit you screwed up with not giving an update you still have loyal people who defend you lol its impressive. I really didnt care that it was late so much as having no update bugged me. But yall already acknowledged that being a problem so nothing more to discuss. However I suggest that if sometime in the future there is a 10 hour period you are unable to check things and give updates (if needed) maybe give a trusted moderator access to patreon for they can update the situations for you. Just a suggestion. Dont even know if thats possible tho

How late this episode was depends on your timezone. For me the episode was released in 3.31 am when it normally releases 20-21 pm the previous day. They are being paid significant amount of money for early access episodes.

These MHA fans are absolutely insane... thinking that a few hours late means they have to try to ruin other people's shows, become incredibly aggressive, and try to hurt people. But this is a business and the customer is always right, unless they are being abusive. The Normies have seen a huge spike in patreon subscribers in the last four months since they started reacting to MHA and Naruto. They've added about 2400 members since Dec 1 so that's an additional $12-24k per month added to their gross revenue. The addiction to the reactions is good business for the Normies. It's a value judgment for the Normies, whether they want an easy going and understanding fan base or they want an additional $144,000 to $288,000 a year.

Why the fuck did I end up having a whole bunch of random comments on here liked? I haven't even visited this post yet.... I swear Patreon has so much bullshit wrong with it that it makes me cringe sometimes. Anyway they're a whole lot of comments on here shitting on all the people that wanted the reaction. They need to stfu and realize most of those people are here for the MHA content, may even be the only reason they are here, but they have a close relationship to the show if they are willing to pay for it. Not to mention the episode is possibly the best of the season depending on who it is. Also the fact that it was April fools day and a lot thought it could be a crude prank being played. Many also thought we wouldn't get it the day that has been set up as a legit scheduled reaction in which we pay to have whichever day of the week it may fall on. Most of the comments were just fooling around anyways and not serious but some were and I can understand. I tend to notice a lot of stupid fucking people are on this comment section of this post in which make statements they don't even know what the fuck they are talking about and don't have any background information or bother to find out about it. AKA they are sucking up to a whole lot of dick as I am sure they do often, as vulgar as it may sound, and do so without understanding anything beforehand. Last and foremost almost all of your patrons on the comments about MHA were mostly disappointed in the lack of update. Part of it for me was definitely how "The 100" was uploaded so early and we never even got an update for MHA even though something that gets merely a fraction of views seemed from my perspective to have much more importance. Not that the views itself matter as much but it seemed like the shows still had very different importance of uploading. But anyway thank you for taking the time to post this and letting me know you are aware now and apologize for the mistakes that just happened to be made.

I was especially excited for BB today, but I can totally understand Hanna’s work, or just life in general getting in the way, waiting a few days or a week for a reaction is no big deal, and I’m sure lots of us feel the same way, it’s mostly the loud minority’s who are getting up in arms about this. As a fan of The 100 I completely agree that reading mostly hate coments about you guys and another show was really frusterating. I like to read other people's thought about the show (especially a season premiere) and your guys' reactions and did not get to do that for this episode. I would also like to say that yes though you guys should have your own expectations/goals for your page I don't think that people should've made that big of a deal of it. It's life...shit happens. To be clear, I have NO problem with people who were asking for a update. I do, however, take issue when people crossed the line (IMO) with threatening to cancel their subscriptions (as if that will get it posted any faster) and continuous excessive bitching about it on THE 100 page which is NOT meant for MHA talk AT ALL. Marketa and Co. have been killing it. Compare the channel now to what it was a year ago, or even two years ago. The workload has multiplied with far more shows of varying run-times and fanbases, and yet the quality has been consistent if not even better than it was previously. Suraj and Mickey (as well as Nahid and Chris) don't seem as stressed or burnt out all the time managing all these shows by themselves thanks to the addition of new staff, editors and interns, etc. We get timely updates, there's a new podcasts, more game nights and book clubs. We get intense double drops! And, I can't say it enough, the Normies cover an INSANE range of shows for so many types of viewers. Like, this channel is killing it. A few bits of constructive criticism are always essential to growth, absolutely, and I think the Normies understand that. But it's also important to appreciate how far we've come.

Just wanted to say I think you guys are awesome and I appreciate all the awesome content you guys put out for us and the work that goes into it. I get that a lot of people support on patreon strictly for the benefits, and while the benefits are awesome I think people tend to forget that they're voluntary perks that creators provide to thank those who support them here. The whole point of this site is to allow people to support artists and creators and to let them give a little something extra back in return. People can do with their money what they will, including removing their pledges if they feel they aren't getting their money's worth, but I'll never understand hounding and being jerks to the people you're on here to support just because something is late or there is a minor hiccup in the schedule. People need to chill out a bit and just enjoy life.

Just rewatched the entire The 100 show - season 5 is much better than I remembered - almost as good as season 2. Anyway, I really hope this is the last time this happens - though I doubt it. The big problem with issue with really late uploads is the time zone differences. I'm six hours ahead of you, meaning that an episode released 6 PM is available here at midnight - and I'm sure there are a lot of people who have it even worse than me. It sucks, because a Monday release becomes a Saturday release. It's not something you can change, but it is the biggest reason why we need constant updates - I want to know wether it's worth staying up or going to bed. And admitting that you failed only works so many times, at some point you simply lose credibility. Now people are going to attack and say "you can get the conent for free, so shut the fuck up and take it" but that is the same argument that can be used with microtransactions in video games: cosmetics are optional, but that doesn't mean that we should accept that companies want to build entire games around sucking the player's wallet dry.

I personally don't really care about it too much, but cmon guys... passive-agressive comments like " If you truly believe there is no value in supporting us because of an 8:31 PM upload and want to leave us" is not how you apologize. Whoever wrote that is practically asking people to remove their pledge. Edit: And even more passive-agressiveness at the end with the whole " I woke up very early on Monday to make sure you're in the loop on what's happening and receive your uncut and early access posts in a timely manner. Following that I drove for 10 hours and did not find out about what was going on until the episode was already posted." It seems that post is purely damage control considering the amount of contempt for your patrons displayed in this post and all the passive-agressive shit.

To be fair we commented on the most recent post complaining about MHA not being released. It wasn’t a “let’s bombard this series with complaints” type of thing at least not for me. It was more like “this was the most recent thing they posted maybe someone will be monitoring this” that’s why I chose to comment. Also I think people did overreact but like I said yesterday I live in EST so I can’t really relate to how people who had to wait until in some cases 2am.
