I like that the conflict for the troupe comes from members interpreting the spider differently. I think feitan and phinks love chrollo as much as anyone in the troupe but they think it would be a betrayal and an insult to him to not do as he would want. While other members are more emotional about it and aren't willing to let go of chrollo yet.
