Hero Killer Stain's motivation is that he thinks that most heroes are heroes for the wrong reasons like Money and fame and power not because they want to help people. Stain thinks that All Might is the only true hero.

its not that deep. in his mind heroes should not be in it for the fame and money. they should be doing good cause its the right thing to do but because of the society that they have the two have become intertwined and so ALL heroes (since they are all trained under the same establishment) are "evil" in his mind

Stain's ideology is simple to understand. Stain does not like the fact that being a "Hero" is a career choice. What makes a hero becomes meaningless when at the end of the day, they do it for money and fame. You guys already seen Endeavor. He's number 2 and look how he is. Think about this, if the world decided that they no longer were going to pay all the heroes and it became a community services kind of thing. Would people still want to be heroes? What if it was illegal, would they still continue to go out of their way to help. For Stain, All Might would be the only one who would. Hoped this helps. I'm not really good at explaining things.

I just knew they were going to hate the third opening lol. It is still my favorite one from MHA. I liked the throwing ideas around for how the Nomu are being made and the person behind them. Thankful Chris was paying attention when All Might said not him again. I’m fine with the jokes and talking with each other. A reason I watch their reactions is for this type of interaction, as long as one or two people are paying attention to a scene, you should be able to talk and get the information.

I don't know if they already know this, but the reason why they ending has them as fantasy characters is because during the time this came out the 2nd Popularity Poll for the manga was released and Horikioshi the author drew art for it as all these Fantasy designs for the main contenders. Bakugou was first place, followed by Deku and Todoroki so they get the focus in the ending. So they created this entire ending because that art was so popular with fans. Also fyi the Dragon Bakugou rides is confirmed to be Kirishima who can transform into a Dragon.
