I agree with Zack but personally I am ok either way but it makes more sense to watch it before just because it fits in the arc of events that happen. I would just do what you think is best OR MAYBE *wink* *wink* you guys could do like a special double drop where you drop the movie and episode one to start of the new season but just an idea :)

Technically speaking the movie comes before season 3 timeline wise, but it has no direct impact on the story and is filler. Its a great movie though, so I am okay with whatever order.
