For anyone who needs to hear it, if someone is so drunk that they are blacking out, and even if you can’t tell if they’re blacking out, if they are *visibly* drunk, they cannot fully consent. Anyone who takes advantage of the situation is doing exactly that, taking advantage of an impaired person who cannot fully consent, and that is called rape. Period.

I still to this day wish it was William telling Noora why he did it and not Sana explaining it to her, but this episode is a fine example of Julie's directing and how she allows the characters and scenes to breathe and take their time. I think this is one of William's strongest acting episodes, and the Vilde scene is just amazing. And, just because there is someone worse, that doesn't excuse someone else's behavior. The last scene is so hard to watch still, editing, sound, acting is so well done. Lastly, the nose and pikk comment is ART!

Is Pat sticking around for all future SKAM reactions? Honestly, his gleeful reaction to a predatory Nikolai coming over and sitting next to a blacked out Noora made me very uncomfortable. For Pat (and Suraj) and anyone else who needs to hear it- if someone is blacked out, they CANNOT CONSENT. Period, end of story. Thank god for Micky for being the voice of reason and constantly reiterating that whatever happens, it's not consensual and for refusing to make bets on whatever awfulness awaits Noora.
