Worm holes and negatively charged matter in the "pseudo" science of the show might explain that past, present and future are all the same, happening at the same "time," depending on perspective. It's not that one thing happens, then another. It all happened at the same instant. Who knows if Retrocausality or an effect preceding its cause is possible, leave that for the quantum physicists. Free will vs determinism for the philosophers. Fate and faith vs empiricism and science for the tv shows.
