If you look closely at All for One’s mask you can see it’s meant to be a dark reflection of All Might. It has his V shaped antenna things slicked back and has a frown etched on it. It even is structured to resemble All Might’s facial structure.

remember all for one even mentioned that since his body was destroyed he hasnt stocked up on quirks so this is a significantly weaker version of all for one and yes all for one takes a lot of inspiration from vader and the emperor in star wars
