Probably the most satisfying series finale in television history. Parks and Rec comes close but they really put a bow on Jeff's journey in a half hour.

Favorite moment - the 6 different timelines where Troy goes to get the pizza and when he returns the apartment is on fire, Pierce has been shot, blood is squirting into Shirley's face, the evil troll is staring at Troy from the middle of all the chaos....and Troy: "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Also the finale is really slept on, but IMO it’s one of the best series finales ever. It’s arguably the most representative episode of the show, and for a series finale to be that is incredible.

I agree, that is incredibly impressive for a show to do and take in stride. Pierce, Troy, Shirley.... all irreplaceable in their own rights. If any new character was ever hated I would think it's because of the bias left in your mind of "I don't care who this new person is, they will never replace the old characters." And that's the thing this show did so so well towards the end is the new characters were never trying to replace the old ones. It never once felt like that. Instead they added a new dimension to the show and the jokes where they would learn the rest of the groups history without having been in on it were so funny. This show masterfully replaced 3 MAJOR characters without really "replacing" them. Gonna miss it so much but it'll be so fun to go and rewatch this on my own time (Micky)

"Some episodes, too conceptual to be funny. Some too funny to be immersive. And some so immersive, that it's still not funny." Most self referential line for Community, that whole last credit scene is absolutely hilarious, especially the delivery of "you stupid child"

Community gets a lot of deserved praise for it's comedy style, meta humor, and amazing characters but I think the show deserves props for another thing too. There were always gaps when characters left the show and while none of the new characters ever replaced, or could replace, the old characters; all the characters, even the new ones, were always brilliantly written and portrayed. No new character ruined the show, they always had their own individual comedic style and contribution and I don't think Community gets enough praise for that.

It's finally here. This show is special and was ahead of the curve in terms of comedic style. Havnt seen anything quite like it but many have tried to replicate it. And I don't have a fantasy season 7 Just a fantasy movie. Abed realizes Troy's gone missing. Lavar Burton was killed by the pirates but Troy survived...
