Hallo~ Happy Cherry Crush friday everynyan!
I wanted everyone to have a little breather after the insanity that was the first arc so this episode is kind of a filler, hence why there's more Kang and Mashiro here than Cherie and Crush, but I prommy we'll get to the juicy part Cherie bites Crush's head off soon (figuratively) !!
When I wrote this season, I wanted to pull out all the stops, I know everyone wants me to draw slice of life and I DO WANNA DRAW A SLICE OF LIFE WEBTOON ONE DAY, but Cherry Crush is not that kind of comic 😭😭😭 it's a drama.. and there's ups and downs.. though it seems like it's been mostly down lately, BUT I SWEAR IT'S GONNA GET BETTER (says this everyweek) Cherie and Crush's relationship have a lot of unhealthy undertones, even though Crush is happy being Cherie's shadow for the rest of his life, Cherie is not, and the next few episodes will be about Cherie confronting Crush about it. I'm a firm believer of true love being a love shared by two equals, and it is hard work, and you have to keep at it every day, and you shuldn't give up!!
When I first wrote season 3, I was liek "There's no way Cherie's gonna cry this season it's gonna be his baddie era obv" but he still ended up crying more jkfnsadkjfns I think it's really funny how Cherie's mad that he can't be mad at Crush, he's such a silly guy...
