I haven't cleaned out my request box in awhile so here's this month's batch! There were a lot of kangshiro stuff dat I wanted to draw bc they're not gonna appear in the main webtoon as much anymore, but I'M GLAD SO MANY PPL LIKE THEM 😭😭 everytime I introduce a new character there's always anxiety bc I want everyone to like all my characters, but that's impossible of course..
I wish I wishhhhh I had time to draw a halloween episode.. I miss drawing special episodes so much guys but it's just not possible anymore with the amount of work I'm taking up, there's also an insane amount of pressure that i put on myself to NOT GET DISTRACTED bc i rly need to put 100% of my effort into the webtoon until it finishes.. it's so important for me to stick the landing and make it satisfying for ppl to read :(
Bc I'm a fan of comics, one of my biggest fear is cherry crush being called one of those comics that fell off 😭😭😭 or one of those comics that just goes on and on forever because the author got too ambitious and it's starting to head towards that direction ngl.. so I had to reel the story back a little and cut a huge portion of Kangshiro out of season 3 to set them up for a side story or a one-shot spinoff.. Those 2 getting more screentime and becoming more popular with the reader base is a double edged sword bc.. on one way YAY they luv my OC :33 but on the other.. they're stealing the spotlight from Cherie and Crush, and I gotta nip that in the bud, it's not their time to shine yet!! their slowburn gotta start in their own story! 😭😭😭😭
