Dooku purposefully didnt teach him how to block lightning with his lightsaber and used it against him because he knew his turn was a possibility.

Mathies

Rule of two

Rana's Stunt Double

The thick clone troopers at the start of the episode are clone commandos, they are clone special forces. These specific guys are Delta squad. This was an amazing cameo for those of us who played the video game Star Wars: Republic Commando from 2005. In that video game you play as the squad leader "Boss" and get to command Delta squad. It was a fun game, and a nice little cameo in this episode.

Anytime you see anakin or obiwan struggling against ventress or savage, its more because they are trying to not kill them, while the sith are absolutely trying to kill them, if anakin or obi truly went to kill them, they would be dead

Actually, Iridonia is the homeworld of the Zabrak species. The Dathomiri are an offshoot descended from Zabrak colonists on Dathomir. Iridonian Zabraks tend to have similar skin tones as humans and distinct cranial horns. Dathomirian Zabraks developed a high degree of sexual dimorphism, where the males look similar to Iridonian Zabraks (though their skin color is more intense and they're born with markings they add onto with tattoos), while the females are extremely pale and lack horns.

This episode proved why the “Rule of Two” is such a necessity for the Sith and why Sidious ordered Dooku to kill Ventress in the first place to avoid infighting.

They did NOT go to Iridonia. They were on Dathomir. The majority of the Male Species of Dathomirians live on Iridonia, but there were some Males that were forced to stay as basically breeding slaves on Dathomir, so the Females could reproduce with them. Darth Maul is from Dathomir, he was from that village and that is why Mother Talzin last episode said that the men in that village were part of his Bloodline. I hope this helps clear up any confusion if this comment is read.
