But also literally the mother. And a regular person. And also a force eldritch horror in the maw system (where they built the Death Star) and Luke also like, beats her up? Legends lore is fucking crazy and I love it. It's so much more fun than Canon shit usually is.

Also, this is just a theory, but a lot of people seem to think George wrote this arc as a response to people saying midichlorians ruined the force by explaining it.

Cool fact, Dave Filoni said that when George Lucas made this story, he told him that if you can fully understand everything in this arc you have a good understanding of the force, and Dave said he still doesn't understand it.

Best arc on the entire of clone wars and a highlight of the Star Wars franchise as a whole! Hopefully Rana and Chris are here for the next two eps of the Mortis Trilogy - because it only get better!

Thank you Denis Villeneuve for making the Dune story consumable by the movie going public. If you're a science fiction fan it's a great time to be alive when people randomly drop Dune references and have an urge to see the film again.

This episode makes me wish someone in the crew plays Knights of the Old Republic remake when it comes out. The light, dark, and grey stuff are covered extensively in that video game series so much so each faction has it's own code. Jedi Code: There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no ignorance, there is knowledge. There is no passion, there is serenity. There is no chaos, there is harmony. There is no death, there is the Force. The Sith Code: Peace is a lie. There is only Passion. Through Passion, I gain Strength. Through Strength, I gain Power. Through Power, I gain Victory. Through Victory my chains are Broken. The Force shall free me. There's a Grey Jedi code somewhere in the Star Wars universe that tries to combine the two philosophies but it's less fleshed out; something that probably would have happened if a third game in the KOTOR series was made because KOTOR 2 focused so much on the concept.

In a way they provide a service because of it. Everything that has been said about Lost on this channel makes me not want to watch it. If I want to see those themes I'll re-watch Battlestar Galactica.

The show never covers it, but Suraj was asking about the mother, but some of the more recent Expanded universe books before Disney bought the franchise covered it. The connection that these 3 were the father, son, and holy spirit was right, and the mother would have been the devil in this context. Very good stories that i wish would have made it on screen but can still be read.

This is one of the best arcs in Clone Wars. Probably my personal favorite. We need to see Chris and Rana's reaction if they want to record and if they have the time.
