It's finally the last episode of this side comic, it went on for way longer than i anticipated but i hope it was still a fun read 😭 I feel like I know more about Kangshiro as character now that I've written for them so extensively, still theres others aspects about their relationships that i wish i could've explored further, especially on Kang's side, but if I did this comic would have like 5 more episodes and I rly cant afford to stall cherry crush season 4 like that, especially when its already june and i rly rly need to work on it more than ever, people's patience are running thin and so is my health, if i waited any longer itll just delay even more and thats the last thing any of u want 🥲

This episode is quite long and it's generally the length of a regular Cherry Crush episode before I had to cut it in half bc of my declining stamina😭 so it took a bit of time to get used to but i still pulled it off, i forgot i was him guys sorry i need to remember that im him and i can crank out 70+ panels in a week no problem, bc im him obviously. All jokes aside, writing the ending is way harder than writing the middle and the beginning, starting shit is easy finishing it is hard, bc once u finish there's rly no other narrative or themes to be explored, bc the story is over, the ending IS the story, the ending IS the point, whats the point of starting a kangshiro comic if it doesnt immediately pick up where they left off? whats the point of starting a kangshiro comic if they dont heavily makeout in the end? whats the point of even bringing up the possibility of these two becoming a functioning couple if I dont address the red flags in the relationships? So I did that in this comic..! I think it's just wishful thinking on my part but in my hearts of hearts i believe romantic love and companionship should and could change people for the better, and ultimately most of my love stories are just like that, love changing people for the better 😭 sorry for being into fairy tales yall i like to play and have fun...

The ending where Kang relinquish his position to Mashiro to level their playing field was always planned, and it's very obviously just my super self indulgent wish-fulfillment fantasy about a rich/poor relationship 😭, when I was young I used to watch dramas where the guy is rich and dates and poor girl and uses his money and power to pressure her into a relationship with him and then they fall in love under those super unfair circumstances and it enrages me like nothing else like WHY??? why is this trope a thing and why is it so popular??? how could anyone ever meaningfully "fall in love" under those conditions its literally just coercion and manipulation most of the time? so When I wrote for Kanghsiro, a couple with that exact power imbalance I had to write out my fantasy about the rich guy finally giving his crush agency to act and love. Kang's total and complete disregard for Mashiro's safety in the beginning was a legitimate red flag that he needs to unlearn, and he does, but it's still not enough that he learns it, he has to know that him having that power in the relationship DEPENDED on Mashiro having less power and less say in it, he has to completely give up that power imbalance too if he wants to be loved properly.. And he does in the end! I still wish I could've done that transformation better, but this comic was as much about Kang's growth as it is about about Mashiro reclaiming agency through love, he was always a passive actor in his life due to his circumstances, but now that Kang's with him and supportive of him, he can finally start living life to his fullest. I have to confess that I'm addicted to writing corny and happy endings like this so theres really no other way I could've done this story any different, im sorry im vanilla like that...

idk why the fuck part 5 pdf isnt showing but ive spend like 30 minutes trying to fix it and its still not showing so I put part 5 jpeg in the attachments for mobile readers, i even sent a ticket to Patreon support begging them to fix this terrible and extremely buggy uploading system but idk if it'll work..what if its just me that has this problem? maybe other webtoon artists who draw long form comics are fine and im the only one with a terrible file......... hopefully theyll fix it or something cause this website takes way too much money from its creators and dont even try to improve user experience like its really really so shit man, i really really despise technocrats so fucking much they feel like digital landlords like im renting to be on patreon and there's fucking mold in my house and they wont do anything abt it.
