Hallo everynyan! happy Cherry Crush Friday, well, happy-ish!

I think everyone's just been waiting for shit to hit the fan so.. 😭this is the pre-shit hitting the fan episode dskjfnsdjkn.. I hope you guys still enjoy reading this nevertheless.. Cherie's really in a pickle with this secret here but everyone knows secrets dont stay secrets forever in this webtoon, I'm always a staunch advocate for characters driving the plot forward instead of the plot happening to the characters.. it's just something I've had to internalized since season 2-3 because then when bad things happen it doesnt feel unfair.. i used to just draw whatever interesting happens to the characters bc i wanted to get to the fun dramatic scenes but now that i've learned so much i really just enjoy drawing the slow build up to the explosion more 😭 like the catharsis only feels valid if the stakes are high enough and i reallyyy enjoy drawing slow burn if people haven't noticed..

I don't wanna spoil too much by talking about this episode bc sometimes my rambles ruin the reading experience since some people enjoy reading the yap before the comic but let's just say the cherie and colie convos are always the best part of writing for me bc cherie has met her twice so far and both times it went up in flames dksjfnakjn like they're fire and water and crush is stuck in between them and they both care and love crush so much and crush care and love them and goddd the dramaaa i loveee writing drama like this I'm sorry, most people just wanna see cherie and crush kiss and be happy and obviously i'll always love drawing those kind of scenes as well, but the scenes that i enjoy writing and drawing the most will always be the emotionally loaded ones.. Though it's bc i'm the writer so i know how it'll work out and u guys don't so u're propably more stressed out about this ep than I am...sdfkajnsdajk i apologize
