2023-01-13 00:10:24 +0000 UTCMine is PAL and runs faster than the normies. Converting either NTSC or PAL to different formats can slightly alter the playback speed. If they are watching a steamed version it may be running with 24fps or 30fps rather than 29.97 or 25. I'm glad we dont have to deal with either of these compromised systems for new content.
