also here another one for ya, side quest (side conyent) in JRPGs, do you prefer the older style like in PS1 FF games i.e getting all the final weapons or getting some of the non story summons, or do like thing to be more like xenoblade 2 were the side quest help build the world and has an MMO feel to it OR something like what persona game do with their social links (that are in way kind like side quest ) and a student's daily activist. for me i like all of the but i would love it for my final weapons to make a came back.

In the last 15-20 years there have been a lot of interesting and fun Board games released. The Board game space has made a comeback and is now much bigger (in the US) than it used to be. However, it seems to me that the cross-over between Video Games and Board games is still very weak. (We essentially only get monopoly versions that are themed after Video Games or digital versions of tabletop games like Risk Or Settlers of Catan.) Does the Dark Pixel Gaming crew have any favorite Board Games? (American, Euro, or other) If so, are there any mechanics from those Board Games that you would like to see recreated or adapted in a Video Game? Or vice versa? Do you think Video game designers can learn from Board Game design or are they apples and oranges?

How come RPGs never let you buy stuff from shops on credit!? There should be banks and loans and you should be able to go into debt to get cool gear at the beginning!!! Then aggressive debt collectors could pressure you to pay it off by working for the empire at slave wages...
And what are some game elements that you think appeal far more to adults than to younger gamers?
(Besides sex or violence, which are more complicated topics in my opinion.)
