I think she was so off-guard from Gaius's reactions to the torture that it shook her. She believed he was confessing true, absolute love for her-- but it was for Head Six. So it was genuine. Even if they had managed to exterminate the Cylons, sooner or later, someone will rediscover that technology again. It may take centuries or even thousands of years but the ingredients for all this will always be there. Like the next generation thinking that they know better + or the universal knowledge of how extremely rare is to find one world like Earth in the entire galaxy. Considering how Cylons like Caprica Six or Athena have started to emerge + procreation between both species is possible... both sides should try to come to an agreement in the long run. Otherwise, next time it happens all of this will happen again :) Go Heloooo 🤟🏻

2025-08-22 08:04:23 +0000 UTCI don't get this empathy you guys have with the Cylons. I am not for genocide either, especially with people who are not the aggressors in a war. The Cylons are winning the war that they have started against us. They have shown us that they want to enslave, destroy, and breed (farm) humans at every chance they get. Ok, Sharron is the one good one, but she's the only one we've encountered like this, and I am not even positive she would not snap like Boomer did. They have already killed billions of humans, and we have less than 50k left. They want to reach Earth and take over our last chance at having a home to survive. At some point, you need to make a decision, be ok and let them take over, or fight back with any chance you have. It's a tough decision, but if there is someone on the opposite side of me with ill intent, I will not give them the chance to harm me or my family, and in this case, my family is the entire human race.

Spidey always gets in one line that just hits perfectly XD While I do see the validity in what Helo was saying and feel HORIBLE for Athena, I'd have ZERO issue ordering this "genocide". At this point I think if you decided not to take that chance you might as well wipe out the rest of humanity yourself. Also not sure why you think Hera and Diana stayed on New Caprica. When they first started being "sus" of Baltar they mentioned that delivering Hera was a large reason they hadn't killed him yet so that's at least a big inference she's with the Cylons somehwere if not that very ship.

But I think if we (the viewers) had endured all that the colonials had endured, including the Caprica breeding farms back in season 2 and having our species almost being exterminated every time the cylons show up we might be on Lee's side of this debate. As they say "hurt people hurt people," and all these characters are very damaged. Except Helo maybe, he seems very emotionally healthy and a very good boy. Also someone asked, "where's Hera?" Yeah where is Hera? They're really dragging out this storyline. That's what I want to see. But people, let's not blame all the humans for Laura Roslin and Doc Cottle stealing Hera. Adama still doesn't know about any of this.

Earth is the last place for humanity to potentially live on and the Cylons want to take earth for themselves after destroying thirteen perfectly fine planets already. Now me personally I don't care how how crazy it looks. I'm giving them the pox covered blanket and wiping them out.
