2025-09-29 20:20:17 +0000 UTCI’m much more interested in your Reaction to ‘Army of Darkness.’ I watched that movie to death in high school, and even when I lost interest in the actual music and dialogue, I played the film and other music instead. Nine Inch Nails mostly, I think.

2025-09-27 19:35:44 +0000 UTCSo the reason why the first part of the movie is a reboot is because Sam Raimi didn't own the rights to the first movie. So he couldn't use any scenes from the first movie. Bruce Campbell calls Evil Dead 2 a "Requel" so both a sequel and a reboot.
