The Battlestar Valkyrie from the flashbacks is actually crazy small in size when compared to Galactica and Pegasus. I imagine that the Valkyrie class Battlestars were super cheap to build because of their small size. We see 2 or 3 Valkyrie Battlestars in the miniseries for like 2 seconds. 2025-08-28 17:51:09 +0000 UTCMaybe it's the current cultural climate or just getting older, but I really didn't appreciate Tigh's monologues the first time around XD. Something sorta interesting to keep in mind is while this episode frames it as "we passed the armistice line" and such if you remember stuff from the beginning the Cylons just left. No mention of surrender, cease fire, or negotiation so the "armistice" is completely one sided and arbitrary by default. If anything that line was probably just their limit of charted space at the time.
