What a series, man. Btw kinda random and this has never been confirmed but it's known that Oda is a big wrestling fan so some people have theorised that Ripley is named after Rhea Ripley. Wouldn't be the first character in the series named and/or based after a wrestler! Hell there's even another potential two in this very arc (Goldberg and then also Road/Rodo, who i'm not sure is named after Road Dogg or the Road Warriors but either one works). The fact there's so many makes it more likely imo, doesn't seem like coincidence lol. Thought that might be nice little theory since Ketty and Navi are 2/3rds of the wrestling reaction crew lol.
