Fix Invoke AI On NVIDIA 50 Series In Minutes!

Hey there, Friends! ๐Ÿš€
Ready to get Invoke AI rolling on a Blackwell GPU? Below are all the commands and links I used in my latest video. Letโ€™s roll! ๐ŸŽฌ

https://youtu.be/jUCUWe3KT4w

๐ŸŽฏ 1. Check Your CUDA Toolkit

Make sure youโ€™ve got NVIDIAโ€™s CUDA installed and up-to-date:

nvcc โ€“version

๐Ÿ“ฆ 2. Meet UV Package Manager

A lightning-fast, modern package manager for your Python workflows. Check Version:

uv โ€“version

๐Ÿš€ 3. Install UV

Pick your poisonโ€”pip or PowerShell. Your call
pip install uv

or, if youโ€™re on Windows PowerShell:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"

๐Ÿ 4. Activate Your Virtual Environment

Keep things spick-and-span by isolating your project dependencies:

Activate Virtual Environment:

.\.venv\Scripts\activate

๐Ÿ”ฅ 5. Get Torch (CUDA 12.8 Pre-Release)

Weโ€™re going bleeding-edge with nightly buildsโ€”strap in!

uv pip install --pre torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cu128 --no-deps --force-reinstall

Happy creating, and see you in the next video! ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฅ
