Maybe it’s something like not realizing how much my bladder has weakened while at home, and now being out and away from a bathroom and suddenly feel an urge to let go. Maybe after that there is some teasing and humiliation that I should probably be diapered when leaving the house, since I’m clearly too weak to hold my bladder for a normal length of time.
