Another idea would be: Actually, we are now too old to wear diapers, but since we keep getting wet, Mommy puts us in an extra thick diaper. Then she puts us in a cot, even though it is still light outside, binds our little arms and legs firmly to the bed and when we have wet the diaper, it simply leaves us in the diaper. Although we become very restless and scream, she doesn't change our wet diaper but simply puts the pacifier in our mouth and says that we didn't deserve it anymore and that we will now wear diapers forever. Then she leaves the room and leaves us in the wet diaper for the rest of the day and night and it gets wet and thicker.

Maybe even some kind of scenario, like you’re delivering a lecture to an auditorium and demonstrating how easily you can regress me into wetting myself. Oh that would be fun!
