Wetting Instructions: Wet to the sound of music

This week you will give yourself a relaxing and therapeutic experience. You will wet yourself to the sound of music that you find relaxing. This is up to you - pick whatever song feels relaxing and comforting. Allow your body to fully relax as you listen to the music. Let this be a therapeutic experiencing. Just get lost in the flow of the music, and as you get lost, let yourself release a stream of urine... let it gently come out of you. Keep listening to the music. Let the sound of the music and the feeling of wetting come together into a therapeutic experience.

Thank you, Hypno Mommy. This is an aspect people don’t talk about enough which is that wetting — one you accept it and stop fighting — is a very reassuring thing. Once you know you’re supposed to wet your self, then doing it reassure you that you doing exactly what you supposed a be doing: peeing you self. It’s a remind of who and what you are, and it feels so good to let it happen, it’s a moment for you self to know your place. And knowing your exact precise place is super good.
