However, before that happens, I want Ivy and Benji to be on decent terms. I don’t see it happening though lol. I imagine that red won’t be losing again anytime soon.

Spoilers: This was done so well, now Anastasia will be gunning for Lynda, but she doesn’t have the power because really on Natalia and MAYBE Logan will be on her side. I think the merge will focus on Lynda vs Anastasia and Spencer vs Ivy, those 4 seem like locks at this point. I feel that some of these guys will make the Final 4, maybe like 2-3/4 of them. As for the Merge, I feel like to keep the Drama going, it should be soon, maybe within the next 3 episodes because it’s going to get boring soon. Who would go next, I feel on the Red Team, probably Jade or Zaid (even though I don’t want him to). Ivy seems like she’ll continue her rivalry with Spencer into the Merge, Benji at this point seems like a weak pick to kick off, Hannah seems like to be the Ashley of this season but more fleshed and less single character centric, and Isabelle is 100% going to fall to the dark side. I feel Zaid more than Jade because he is more of a threat in comparison to Ivy, so if they had to keep one, Ivy would be the better call. Thought Jade has some merits because they’re catching on to her and she just isn’t that threatening, she’s not going anywhere. As for the Blue team, Natalia or Richard don’t seem long for this game. Spencer and Lynda are safe since their an alliance, Logan seems to being pushed with character and getting a lot of focus, and Anastasia for what I said before. Those 8 seem the most safe.

However, I don’t see Zaid being romantically interested in her, rather it would be a one sided crush. Bowie and Raj in the TD reboot for example is amazing and well handled. They had great chemistry in Season 1 and the build up to the kiss episode 6 was paced well. And I liked how Bowie made it clear that he very wants Raj but didn't want what they had going on get in the way of their game. But what I think is the best showcase of why their relationship is great and handled perfectly was the Skunk butt cheating arc in pre-merge. I love how the conflict didn't break them apart and make them spiral outta control.

Again, you're geniuses. I mean it sucks that Marissa is gone because I love them so much but it was great execution. Forget Hannah, I think I might be the one who's cursed because that's three of my favourites this season gone in a row now and all at the hands of my least favorite. Spencer got rid of Diego, Tristan and Marissa and my respect for them is at the lowest of points now but the fandom wanted to see a male representing main villain and we go it. But, I'm disappointed but well played and they did say they knew how to play the game it wasn't too surprising or infuriating for me. Logan, you were a true hero in Disventure Camp, you played with dignity, you stuck to your morals, you kept peace as much you kept the peace as much as possible and you even found the start of a happy ending. You might be gone but your legacy will live on for me. Benji. Spencer, I'm afraid without them, your inner destruction is night and you better watch your backs now because Jade, Benji, Ivy, Zaid, Isabel, Hannah, Logan and Richard has got some killing to do.

2025-03-12 00:51:48 +0000 UTCAs someone who’s had some memorable shoutouts with Amelia (her expecting me to pay $75 after I pay already for $45 as it got very close towards the end of the shoutouts and Tristan saying my name after they reacted to Benji having a boyfriend), I can relate to you for sometimes how coincidental our shoutouts can be. Also, as for the episode, definitely a very fun challenge and glad Jade has power in the game with Isabel at her side. Though, I feel like Zaid and Ivy won’t be able to complete their Vibe Tribe into the final 3 of this game based on how Isabel and Jade alliance and Hannah and Benji alliance might have more story plot to go through. Spencer won’t probably get out until the merge, and Anastasia and Natalia will both need to flip Logan to vote with them next time and use the extra vote to take out Spencer or Lynda next, though I feel like it’s gonna be Lynda for the fact the show wouldn’t just yet send Spencer to Diego when that would just really mess with Diego a whole lot (plus, he has plot armor until he reveals the reason why he didn’t discuss his last relationship). Also it’s very funny because my pre episode 2 elimination chart had Marissa being voted off as 14th, but I also had her as the 3rd Blue Team member to leave, so it kind of balances out as a win for me.

I'm impressed by how much she has surprised me, especially since I was afraid for the longest time that she was going to be portrayed as more of a caricature or a stereotype of MTF transgender people. However, she is so much more than that and I think this episode has proved this to me once and for all with her kindness, her intuition, her intelligence, her friendships. She is a hero through and through and I am now screaming it from the rooftops.

As much as I want to, I can’t really get mad with Lynda’s backstab, it’s not like there’s a right way to play this game. Isabel wasn’t wrong when she said her leadership skills were questionable while Anastasia just goes along with it and kisses her ass. No hate, Marissa’s not a bad character. It’s just that making yourself the leader of your team might put a target on your back if something flops. How will Anastasia go on? I guess we’ll find out next time. Great episode 7/10 (especially died at the part with Benji’s strategy. “Zaid, you got a dump truck” 🤣🤣🤣

2025-03-11 23:24:47 +0000 UTCOk I’ve typed out my thoughts on this episode a few times and it just keeps changing. This elimination is so strange to me but maybe I’m missing something. The main thing I’m not understanding super well is Logan and Richard. They both voted Marissa, but it’s unclear to me if they knew Lynda and Spencer were also doing that or if that was pure luck. They seemed shocked at Lynda voting Marissa, but Richard later says that Lynda is on their side now. This means either Lynda conspired with the boys beforehand, which should’ve been on screen or alluded to if it happened and would contradict Logan and Richard’s reactions upon hearing this at the ceremony, or Richard is just assuming Lynda will now work with them based off one vote, which is just dumb logic. I feel this vote doesn’t make sense without some conversations happening between Logan, Richard, Spencer, and Lynda, but we don’t see or even hear about these pairs interacting at all prior to voting. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, my brain is still scrambling to make sense of it.

Marissa is an absolute sweetheart and knows how to make Anastasia feel more special than the modelling industry ever did and Anastasia really knows how to open up her heart around Marissa like she never has before. They need to go the distance ASAP because I think they'd be good for one another, they both deserve happiness and as far as I'm concerned (and I might get crucified for saying this), I love their dynamic more than Gabellie. Yuri is just as beautiful as Yaoi is. Accept it.

Hannah, PLEASE help Benji. Hearing him talk is torture. Love to see how popular Isabel is. This episode has my favorite challenge of the season so far. My favorite moment was Derek’s epic burn against Ivy regarding self sabotage. Go Derek! Trevor’s fuckin hilarious and I look forward to seeing what further plans Isabel and Jade have in store. Spencer’s amazing, in spite of his detractors. Lynda’s a fickle bitch, but hey, what else is new? Not that I’m a credit hog, but it’s pretty noteworthy that someone has finally gotten a shoutout before me. Congrats Jakelope. I’m curious on what you accomplished to achieve a “Special Thanks” annotation in the closing credits. 9.7/10
