2021-05-20 12:37:23 +0000 UTCI don't think I was actually certain that Albee had multiclassed into Barbarian until Joe asked about it at the end of this episode. I'm not sure if it's done during editing, but the *slightest* bit more of plain-old crunchy game text alongside the "flavor text" would be helpful in keeping track of what's going on with the characters, their abilities, and their items. The discussion about metagaming, and what scenes feel appropriate for the DM to reveal to the players (even though their characters aren't there) was very interesting, especially as a "by feel" case-by-case basis. With the right group (like this one!) dramatic irony can make for great tension and allow players to silently work with the DM to set things up for their characters.
