Iโm balls deep into a Breathwork/Fasting โbootcampโ.
This is day 5 of no solid foods. Just been drinking homemade vegetable juices and almond milk while also doing 3-4 intense Breathwork sessions a day plus morning and evening stretching.
My tummy lookin so flat and my body is feeling pretty great rn ๐๐๐
Iโve never taken a โsolid food vacationโ before and Iโm surprised how well Iโm doing with it. Introduced some fruit into the juice mix yesterday ๐คค was VERY tempted to eat the mangoโฆ.mango is so fucking delicious.
Made a killer juice yesterday with like 6 Cucumbers, 2 heads cilantro, 1 cup of pineapple + mango pieces from the fruita guy on the street, 2 small packages of mint, and 1 jalapeรฑo ๐ฅ๐ฅญ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฟ
All that filled 4 of my glass jars with juice.
Iโm gonna start my day with some โgoldenโ almond milk. I warm some almond milk up on the stove and add 1tsp of Tumeric, 1/4 tsp ginger, a cinnamon stick, and a pinch of black pepper and VOILA!
