Day 5 of Juice Fast

Iโ€™m balls deep into a Breathwork/Fasting โ€œbootcampโ€.

This is day 5 of no solid foods. Just been drinking homemade vegetable juices and almond milk while also doing 3-4 intense Breathwork sessions a day plus morning and evening stretching.

My tummy lookin so flat and my body is feeling pretty great rn ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Iโ€™ve never taken a โ€œsolid food vacationโ€ before and Iโ€™m surprised how well Iโ€™m doing with it. Introduced some fruit into the juice mix yesterday ๐Ÿคค was VERY tempted to eat the mangoโ€ฆ.mango is so fucking delicious.

Made a killer juice yesterday with like 6 Cucumbers, 2 heads cilantro, 1 cup of pineapple + mango pieces from the fruita guy on the street, 2 small packages of mint, and 1 jalapeรฑo ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฟ

All that filled 4 of my glass jars with juice.

Iโ€™m gonna start my day with some โ€œgoldenโ€ almond milk. I warm some almond milk up on the stove and add 1tsp of Tumeric, 1/4 tsp ginger, a cinnamon stick, and a pinch of black pepper and VOILA!
