When Twilight and Fluttershy urged their respective mothers to give the pugilistic arts a try, they were pleasantly surprised to find a measure of enthusiasm despite initial misgivings.

It is a young mare's sport, after all...

And it certainly is helping them feel much younger.

The first pair of gloves were gifts from their daughters, but it wouldn't be a surprise that they'll be buying more in due time!
