I click on "here" where it says send in mod request or report errors. it has a check mod updates link to the right. I didnt have to do that at first.

Nope, it's not that detailed. A client shows up, you chat with them and you go into the rabbithole (trial) and it's over.

let me know if I am not making sense or I am reading too much into the mod. When we show up for work, do the task and eventually go to trial we have to wait for the verdict. We return for the next day to work and there is a new client. We repeat the process, now I went to trial for 2 clients. Is there a way to track the status/progress of each client's case?
