Patrons! We've been dabbling recently in a more 'professional' style of thumbnail. We'd love to see your feedback on the comparison of both styles, and which one you ultimately prefer!

The bottom may very well may be better for the algorithm, but the post is asking us what we prefer so I had to pick the first one. And like fred said below, white text on the episode number would be cleaner. I'm just an old millennial fart, but my two cents is: the bottom one isn't nearly over-the-top enough to be insulting clickbait, but it's definitely CLOSER to that than the top one is.
