The flower scouts are all voiced by Nora aka Samantha ireland and Snake is voiced by Dante Basco aka Zuko. not every character is an RT employee and they do bring out alot of surprises later on. PLus the guy who does the end crdeits music for this episode is amazing, by season 2theyt hire him to make the credits songs for each episode theyre all themed around stuff that happens in the episode without spoilers. his name is Riche Branson, he does alot of video game and anime rap as well
