BOAT LIFE: Surviving the WORST Storms in Australia

I'm so excited to share this week's early episode with you. John and I are sailing to Bribie Island where we get hit by a nasty storm and run through our 'survival' check list with you! π I'm also starting to reveal all the locations we'll take you next... ie: our catamaran trip!
As we won't be sailing the Jeanneau 55 until July, this is what we'll have in store on YouTube over the coming weeks:
Arriving to Brisbane, where we meet Lisa Blair who sailed around Antarctica, I jump on her boat and give her a hand. We will also announce the sailing course giveaway here!
We then sail down to the the Gold Coast before tying up at Manly Marina (our new home in Brisbane). We then catch up with Peter, remember the owner of Sabu? Who was dismasted (he purchased the boat John and I looked at before we purchased Tucana!!) well, we will show you an update on his boat.. it's all fixed and the rig looks amazing!
Then, the boat work on Tucana will begin!! We'll take you through the sale process π₯Ή before our Whitsunday collaboration with the other YouTube sailing channels onboard the 450!!
As we're leading nicely into our Europe trip on the 55 with Jeanneau, John and I will take you to Greece for a bit of a road-trip! We filmed this prior to jumping on the Beneteau Sense 51 in Athens, so we thought we'd take you for this ride to some beautiful places, including Meteora (heaven on earth), Corfu, Zakynthos and Kefalonia Islands.
That should get us up to around April/May... when we .....
ok... I have some more news to reveal... but I'll do it a little later this week! I might even jump on here for a Q&A tomorrow... it's been one huge week and we have some life changing news!!! and no.. I'm not pregnant.. haha!

Hi Reymond, sorry for the late reply! I missed your notification! Yes, we sold her to a beautiful couple from Melbourne. We are now the official 'Godparents' Hehe! The new owners sailed Tucana back down to Melbourne, back to where we started our journey, would you believe! Very bittersweet, but we were able to sell her in a 'hot' market, so we didn't lose money on her which was very lucky! John and I are now going to wait to see what unfolds with the economy and the potential opportunities that may arrive after our sailing season in Europe over June/July/August, we may consider buying a boat overseas at some point. We'll see, but I have to say, with John's flexible working arrangement, we are really excited about the adventures ahead!!!
