Added 2023-07-06 14:49:37 +0000 UTCA huge thank you to Patreon Karen Jobson for recommending: 'Mercat de Santa Catalina Mallorca' - this beautiful market where we had breakfast this morning, before buying a bag full of affordable fruit and veg! Kelly and I then walked 25 minutes to a nearby Lidl (which is kind of like Aldi supermarkets!) to do a full provision. I am so blown away at how affordable groceries are here.. its a lot cheaper than Australia. We had a little send off dinner for Rohan last night before saying good-bye to him early this morning at dawn before he flew back to Australia. After filling the water tanks, the fridges, and cleaning the J55 (which we're thinking about temporarily naming 'Sol' after the sun haha) we threw the lines and are now sailing to Elatja es Peregons, where we'll anchor for the night. We have been sailing and tacking the ENTIRE way, which has been SENSATIONAL, averaging 7 knots UPWIND! We are in absolute awe! β€οΈ

2023-07-07 11:00:44 +0000 UTCYes, I am really surprised! You're right.. I noticed a whole bottle of spirits (gin, vodka, Baileys) is around 6 euro!! WHAT THE? And the sail was so beautiful.. we didn't turn the motor on once! Magic!
