DFTBA tour & mug printing time!

While we’re waiting for all the mugs to be printed and shipped, we'd like to take you with us on a little tour through DFTBA to show you what's going on behind the scenes! :)
Let's start with the mugs! All of the mug designs are printed with the printer in this image, attached to a blank mug and baked to seal the entire product. There were a LOT of tests to make sure all the colors come out right. (when we visited the warehouse we opened a cabinet in the kitchen and were eye to eye with 20 Cameron-mugs looking back at us - these were all test-mugs)
Here are the two ovens that bake the designs into the mugs! They are not for pizza, unless it's a pizza-mug.
This is where we continue our tour through the DFTBA warehouse - it was so cool to see so many creators merch! The warehouse is absolutely massive and looking at all the tshirts, posters, pins and plushies made us want to create more stuff for MinuteEarth too. :)
Their packaging station is BUSY! They send so many parcels that there's a daily truck to pick them all up (which will include your mugs the coming weeks)
Here's another snippet of the warehouse! Have a look at the carboard boxes on the bottom left - they all have plushies in them with a little plushie peep-hole so they can check if it's the right box.
And finally: these are our team mugs :) We love them and we are sure you will love yours as well!
For the people who filled in the mug form: these are being produced and shipped daily over the coming weeks. Because they are all printed and baked by hand it will take a while to make it through all of them but their process is really fast!
Also, looking through the warehouse we got excited about the idea of making more merch. Do let us know if you have fun ideas that we can bring to life!
