What made GRAVITY FALLS so special!

The video is finally here after a longer wait than normal! The process for this video took a lot more time in the research department that I predicted. (And hopefully that shows in the video). I tried to be as creative as possible in this editing when given the opportunity - so I truly hope you guy enjoy this one. As it was *you* that pushed me into watching the series!

The next video project was going to be a manga recommendation video, but I might squeeze in another one before then during the process, just because I know manga rec videos can also take a long time to do (more so because of reading 40+ new stories), and I'd hate to keep you guys waiting for more content.

As for the giveaway. I'm going to be announcing the winner this Wednesday 8pm BST time. I'll be setting up a livestream that I'll link on an announcement post on here, so anyone can pop in if they want too. If you *don't* want to be included in the giveaway, can you always message me on here or Discord and I'll take your name out of the draw. I'll be giving the winner 48 hours to get back into contact with me, and if they don't reach back, I will do another draw!

Let me know what you guys think of the video! I haven't covered a western animated project in a while!

All the best,

Dani

The show really is great, it sucks to hear how consuming the production can be on some of the people working on it but at the very least the work speaks for itself and the legacy is indelible. The amount of people who worked on it and went on to do more cool stuff is awesome. Adventure Time had a similar trajectory of the lore and plot getting more and more interesting over time (took longer though) and then the alumni going off to do more cool stuff. Also, I had the same feeling as you when I was watching the show: I wish I could have been there with everyone else when it was airing live. Seeing the wild speculation and unbeknownst spot on guesses rolling out in real time and solving the puzzles would have been cool. Thinking about it, despite how much I enjoyed Fringe the metapuzzle there was rather underwhelming. So you never do know if it'll be worth it haha.
