The head seems out of place. Your round faces and oval eyes were actually quite complimentary to this type of subject. This face belongs on a character in a rather more standard state of anatomy. Also, the eyes are kind of weirding me out. Nothing wrong with her heft though. Not really my bag but you make it work.
