What's next?

You might have noticed that in one of the previous posts I teased news and exciting things that are coming and now it's time to clarify a little bit what I meant. After completing NBP I wanted to go a bit off script with a mix of Pine Falls and Dusklight Manor and that resulted in Rosewater Manor. Since RWM is at Episode 7 already and the first ending has just been added to the game it's time to let you in about what comes after. There are still at least a couple more Episodes of Rosewater to come so this is a bit like stealing the start but I'm excited about it and wanted to share with you.
A new and better PC was built up to move on it with all the new projects, this will open some interesting new doors that will hopefully increase the quality of everything. Of course, as with everything new there is a process of trial and error which is now running and will keep running until RWM is completed. I don't want to give out too much about this new project just yet since it's too early but there are a few things that we're looking into, which I would like to share. (Yes, I said we, let's say that I'm going to have a special "consultant" for some parts of the story)
What's being tested right now :
- Revisiting partial voice acting (similar to Pine Falls)
- Better stat system (relationship tracker)
- A change to the erotic scenes to make them more cinematic and better
- More player impact in the story through choices
- And others
There is no ETA yet for this new project but I believe the best way to go about it is to first prepare Episode 1 with all the new changes and go from there. If I were to give a guess, I would say that some time during the next two months. More info will become available in the following weeks.
