Getting Automated!!!
Added 2020-11-02 17:00:05 +0000 UTCI need to give a great deal of thanks to fellow Ruebee & friend, Simon (WanderingDM: https://www.patreon.com/wanderingdm ) who was able to help with several very large & daunting tasks recently.
Not only did he help me set things up with my website so everyone can log in and automatically get their discount, he also helped me set up an automatic birthday & anniversary list for all of you!
Previously, every month, I had to look up everyone's anniversary (Patreon does NOT make this easy in any manor) and mail out badges to everyone who was a patron for a year or longer. So there's 3-5 days of searching, updating, packaging, & mailing. Not to mention the lost money when items were returned.
Add to that monthly birthdays in a constantly rotating patron list and I easily spent a good week or so every month and lost more funds than I was making. But I really wanted to do something special for everyone.
So now, thanks to Simon, both are being automatically taken care of. This means just that much more time every month to focus on art & projects. Please let me know if you're birthday passes without hearing from me (if you're on our calendar that is) and I'll have something to you as soon as possible. <3
