Special Contest:

Skyrim Map Print! To enter send a screenshot of the hours you’ve played Skyrim. The screenshot must clearly show the game name and hours played. Submit your screenshots to rue.ink@gmail.com using the email you use on Patreon by the 20th of June to enter. The person with the most hours played will win the print and contacted via email on the 21st. Winner is responsible for shipping.

To answer the inevitable question, yes, it must be Skyrim and not the other games including ESO.

In the Studio:

I’ve spent the first few days of this month working on finishing my map of Skyrim and then turning it into a prop map for our gaming room!  As many of you know, Skyrim holds a special place in my heart not just because I’m a HUGE Elder Scrolls fan but it was my making the first prop map of Skyrim that sparked my cartography career. I am working on a few other props before doing a more formal photoshoot with it and I hope you join me in sharing those posts online in hopes of getting the attention of Bethesda! I would LOVE to have one of my maps included in their game whether a purchasable print or whatnot.

Next up, I’m turning my attention to the next NPC pack, a pirate queen based on a character I played a few years ago named Junonia! She has some interesting plans for the world and some of the work is already done because of the campaign I played her in. She’s a fierce villain for a hero campaign or a great captain for a pirate crew.

The Rue Manor:

Now, normally I have pics or news here about what we’re doing in our home but I wanted to wait until we finished the patio before sharing any updates. We’re SO CLOSE to having it the way we want it. I’ll be posting a video once it’s finished along with some pics.

Next, we’re upgrading the catio! Ruebee’s love of parkouring all over the place along with Charlie’s love of sleeping outside (belly up, of course) has us rethinking the space. Since we moved our furniture to the patio, we opened up plenty of room to make a large two-cat play area and are hoping to have that finished within the next few weeks. Or at least parts of it. We don’t quite have the funds for the kitty house but we have added it to our Throne Wishlist with the option of it being a community purchase (meaning anyone can donate towards helping us purchase it).
