Changes Happening with Patreon
Added 2022-09-13 19:35:21 +0000 UTCEarlier today Jack Conte, founder of Patreon, announced several cutbacks and layoffs for the company as well as talking about more upcoming changes here on Patreon.
I wanted to assure everyone that regardless of the changes on this site, your account on is linked on DevenRue.com and that will remain how you can access your subscription perks and downloads. This means that however Patreon changes, your account will be unaffected on my site.
That said, if at any point you no longer wish to deal with Patreon but still want to support me, all patrons are invited to switch over to my website subscriptions and receive the exact same perks/downloads. You can even use the discount code "Switch" to get 50% off your first month. Annual subscriptions get an automatic 15% the first year and 25% off after that!
I will stick with Patreon as long as I have patrons here, so if you want to stay, know that I'm just as happy with that as I would be if you were subscribed on my website. I just want to make sure you have all the options available to you should Patreon ever do something you're unhappy with.

2022-09-13 20:22:02 +0000 UTCThank you for taking the time to address this. With all the news that has been coming out about Patreon outsourcing their security team, I've been thinking of leaving Patreon myself. It's good to know there are other avenues to continue support!
