Vintage Test for Offline project
Added 2022-12-16 21:27:00 +0000 UTCWas working on making something look old and dirty but got bored so began doodling and playing with old photos while working on it. As such, Imma upload it as a WIP.
However, I think I nailed the Old Dirty Poloid look. Looks just like some of the crusty photo's i'd peel off the counters in the storage room at grandma's house as a kid. I prefer the ones with rouge, as the frame isn't quite as dingy but the ref i was given looked SUPER dirty so went with a more yellow and dirty grime.
I did end up making a more modern version based on the last rouge transition I did for future sequences 'cause I think the instant film look is kinda cool and honestly, i need to do more works in monochrome so I can focus on form, lighting and honestly, how to make the best of a limited space on a canvas and I can't think of a ratio smaller than 1:1.
I'm just hoping that when I go into the medical study next week that I'm not hit with anymore bad news. Today's been the first in a long time that i've been able to simply exist without feeling dragged down by stuff and it'd be nice for that to keep going, at least for a little bit.
But health update aside, if something important happens i'll do my best to let folks know but i'm hoping for the best. also, check out sonic prime. honestly, it's really fun and I think you can find enjoyment watching it, if you let it. But i'm short on time so I just wanna remind everyone to stay Healthy, Happy and hopeful out there. Oh and to take time to live a little. :3.
