An erotic LitRPG, set in the near future, about an AI-driven reality sex competition that a videogame speedrunner does her best to win -- and that means speedrunning sexual encounters.

A D&D group of old friends has a new DM, and she's too much for one of the players to handle. Things spiral out of control -- both in the D&D game and in real life -- as the she manipulates the players against each other.

And he's got some history with one of the nurses. Will he be able to convalesce and make a full recovery? What about his relationship with his old flame? Are both debilitated permanently?
