Otsutan _ Part 1

Otsutan is the 2nd one. It has grown somewhat from the original suggestion of "A ghost thorp with roaming mimic Werehouses in the forest".
Specificaly, it will be 2 maps, set in 2 different eras: Before and after the swamps.
Part 1 is set way back in time before the swamps took over the area.
At this point in time, this is a light and sunny area, with a small school for bards in the forest nearby, built there to take advantage of the amazing acoustics in the cave at the heart of the forest. The cave used to have a much more exposed entrance. Over the years, the school has built up a protective mound over it that also funnels sound out across the area. Residents of Otsutan like to have holiday picnics under the Great Heart-Oak and listen to the music drifting over the forest.
Part 2 will be a set in darker future times... something catastrophic happens... The Heart-Oak is foolishly cut down. The result? A curse. The whole lowland area becomes riddled with swamps.....
I will be working on part 2 next, so keep an eye out for it ...
