Yes, this is definitely not an ideal situation for us, nor the norm. Alex was on vacation, then another day we had a tech issue, then another day Brett was feeling ill. Pokémon recordings are back up and running now. As far as the transparency, Alex had informed us that he was going to write a letter to Patrons before he went on vacation explaining the situation. That did not happen.
