Has furries become less sexual though and more cosplayish or comfort in certain gear? Like if people into hentai switched to tentacle wear or outfits. Seems culture shifting moves way faster for younger gens, which is interesting.

2023-08-05 10:13:08 +0000 UTCI honestly didnt even think about that and i dont know how, because i was definitely fat shamed as a kid. I wasnt even overweight or unhealthy. My doctor said it was perfectly normal for me to be in the weight range i was in, and once i sprouted up in 8th/9th grade, the weight redistributed anyway. Im still on the chubby side, but have no health issues related to it. But it was so rampant i remember even when we got school physicals being told by the NURSES that i was overweight and could suffer from childhood obesity. Being fat not only got me bullied by my peers, but also was a reason for my school to tell my parents i was unhealthy, even when my doc said otherwise. Real shitty man.

2023-08-03 14:21:59 +0000 UTCIt's interesting to me, as an overweight guy listening to a gaming show of larger than life people, that Brett didn't really touch on the still rampant bullying that happens based on your body image. Perhaps he meant specifically behavior and not someone's appearance / traits, but I am certainly interested to know if or to what extent the Bros have dealt with fat shaming.
