Chapter 9

Ruby’s initial plan entailed simply pushing her semblance as far as she could and trying to rose petal herself all the way back home. Weiss had several words to say about that idea, but the first one was “Hell” and the second was “No”. Subsequent words from the heiress’s lips included her calling up a Schnee airship to take them both.

It didn’t take long for the airship to arrive. Ruby and Weiss packed just enough for the overnight trip it would require and they set off. Once they boarded, a concierge welcomed Weiss and Ruby gratefully before escorting them to the ‘residential sweet’ of the airship. The idea was wondrous for Ruby, though, for Weiss it was just par to the course.

As Ruby ran around the airship, Weiss made herself comfortable. As Ruby gaped at the view, Weiss found a book, curled up in an overly comfortable chair. When Ruby gawked at the luxurious furnishings, Weiss brewed herself a small cup of coffee. When Ruby’s energy died out, and she crashed on the plush bed, Weiss was enraptured fifty pages into her new novel. On page fifty three, Weiss first noticed Ruby’s crestfallen expression. Fifty five, she spotted Ruby wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. She didn’t reach page fifty six.

“Rube?”

“Ha? Wha- what’s up?” Ruby wiped her face again and sat up.

“Nothing.” Weiss put down her book. “Just checking in on you.”

“Oh, I’m fine… it’s just… late.” Ruby flashed a weak smile.

“Mhmm… I guess it is.” Weiss agreed and slipped down from her chair. “What’s on your mind anyways?”

“Umm, nothing.” Ruby shook her head.

“Nothing? Nah, I don’t believe it. You’re always running too fast to just be thinking of nothing.” Weiss shook her head as she approached Ruby on the bed.

Ruby squirmed.

“You weren’t thinking about anything?”

“Nope.”

“Not thinking about your dad?”

“No!” Ruby pouted.

“Not worried about whatever’s going on with your abdomen, where that mark showed up?”

“N- no!” Ruby looked away.

“Not stressed about why your dad  told you to ask Yang?”

“Of course not!”

“Then, if you’re not thinking about any of that, you must already be pretty relaxed.”

“Course I am.” Ruby was a better liar than her father, but not by much.

“Yes, yes.” Weiss approached the bed, just in front of Ruby. “Then I’m sure you don’t need anything to distract you from any unpleasant thoughts.”

“Distract?” Ruby’s ears perked up.

“Oh… just… if you had been all worked up- so worried about everything…” Weiss slipped into the bed next to Ruby. “If you had been really upset, I really would have wanted to come over here and comfort you.”

“Comfort me how?”

“I don’t know really.” Weiss hummed and wrapped her arms around Ruby. “I’d definitely come over to cuddle you if you needed it.” She kissed Ruby’s neck lightly. “I’d want to give you some kisses if you wanted.” Weiss entangled their legs together. “I might even want to offer something else.”

“Something- something else?” Ruby looked up to Weiss and her eyes seemed to glimmer- thought entirely naturally, not a lick of her anti-grimm silver. They locked eyes and Weiss lost all control. The arm wrapped under Ruby moved up to grab her firmly by her hair.

“You beautiful harlot.” Weiss gripped tighter. Her breaths cam hard and her desire spiked in the form of a need to take the succubus. "Bet you just need to be filled, don't you?" She yanked hard enough at Ruby's hair to make the girl squeal and hard enough to simply tug our all those stressful thoughts.

"Ahnnh~" Ruby moaned, her eyes still locked with Weiss's.

Weiss’s mind slowly began to clear as she kissed Ruby. Some amount of sense returned to her mind and she felt mortified for not thinking of the risks to… that. Hormones theoretically might make accidents less likely but protection they did not make. “I- shit- uugh… sorry I-” Weiss blinked. “Fuck, since when can you do the thing without your eyes glowing?”

“Donno. Don’t care.” Ruby cooed and arched her but back so Weiss’s fingers had better access to her sex. “This- nice.” She moaned and snuggled into Weiss’s neck.

Weiss relaxed, worries for what had slipped out melting away. Instead of getting too wrapped up in it as she naturally would, she did her best to focus on Ruby. They exchanged deeper and deeper kisses, her fingers slipping into Ruby ever so slightly. The succubus cried out in delight. She screamed and moaned and rocked her hips to help pleasure Weiss too. For the rest of the flight back to Ruby’s childhood home, Weiss cuddled up with Ruby and held her tight. They ended up falling asleep like that, all curled up in each other's arms. So peaceful, so calm, neither had ever felt quite so rested when they woke in the morning.

Ruby woke, but she didn’t want to open her eyes. No, why would she with Weiss so warm against her and kissing the back of her neck. When that was finished, Ruby ventured to grab them both a change of clothes, and they were ready to go. The thought of what her father might have been hiding horrified Ruby, but Weiss was with her. Weiss was with her, and for whatever reason, that made it seem all the easier. Whatever was to come, Weiss would be there with her.
